Harry Kane was on fire once again, grabbing a hat-trick as Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich cruised past 14th-placed Köln on Saturday.
The England captain found the net in the 10th, 13th, and 69th minutes to put the hosts firmly in control. Tom Bischof added another in the 22nd minute with a superb strike, while Nicolas Jackson wrapped things up with a goal in the 83rd. Köln’s only reply came through Said El Mala in the 18th minute with a brilliant solo effort, but it was never going to be enough on the day.
Bayern, who clinched the Bundesliga title on April 19 with a 4-2 win over Stuttgart, are now a massive 16 points clear of second-placed Borussia Dortmund. They’ll be hoping to complete a domestic double when they face Stuttgart in the German Cup final on May 23.
Kane’s scoring form this season has been nothing short of ridiculous. He’s now bagged an incredible 63 goals in just 55 appearances across club and country in the 2025-26 campaign, including 36 strikes in 31 Bundesliga matches.
