French Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain wrapped up their campaign with a 2-1 defeat to derby rivals Paris FC, turning the pre-match joy of lifting the trophy into a rather sour ending on Sunday.

Alimamy Gory hit a brace, including a stoppage-time winner, to cancel out PSG’s early second-half lead from Bradley Barcola’s goal.

It was a tense affair throughout. PSG dominated possession for most of the match, but Paris FC kept pressing with real intensity and earned their moment.

Early in the game, after just 28 minutes, Ousmane Dembélé was forced off with what looked like an injury and was replaced by Gonçalo Ramos. Dembele headed straight down the tunnel, which immediately sparked concerns about whether he’ll be fit for the UEFA Champions League final against Arsenal on May 30.

After the match, PSG manager Luis Enrique played down worries over Dembélé’s injury. “I think it’s just fatigue,” he said. “What we’re saying today is just speculation, but I don’t think it’s anything serious, and there are still two weeks left.”

PSG finished the season with 74 goals scored and 29 conceded across their 34 league fixtures. They ended with 24 wins, 4 draws, and 6 losses — a win percentage of 70.59% — clinching the title on 76 points, six clear of Lens.
